Chapter 7
Panel 1 (row 1, left)
Rachel stands infront of a door, there is a *DING DONG* sound.
Rachel: I'll get to the bottom of this feeling I have-- but unlike that fool William, I'll do it properly.
Panel 2 (row 1, right)
The door opens, a woman stands in the doorway. Rachel looks to her.
Rachel: Hello-- Mrs. Montgomery? Is William home?
Panel 3 (row 2, full row)
The woman looks confused, Rachel looks on with a serious look.
Woman: You must have the wrong house, sweetie.
Rachel: William-- you're son.
Woman: My-- Son? I don't have a son.
Panel 4 (row 3, left)
Rachel looks understanding, the lady is still confused.
Rachel: Of course you don't. Can I speak to your daughter, than?
Woman: Uh-- one second...
Panel 5 (row 3, right)
Rachel stands alone at the doorway.
"Michelle, you have a visitor"
Rachel: Michelle...?
Panel 6 (row 4, left)
A young girl, about 11 or 12, stands at the doorway, a little confused. Rachel is a little confused, but slightly intrigued. The girl has long black hair, and resembles William.
Rachel: Your name is Michelle? Are you an only child?
Michelle: Yes Ma'am. Are you here as my girl scout big sister?
Rachel: No.
Panel 7 (row 4, right)
Rachel sits alone on the curb, rubbing her chin.
"So there was no sign of William there-- did I get the right house-- there were a couple Montgomerys in town-- but this one had the most likely location-- They didn't have a son or a daughter named Willow-- but that girl-- she looked a lot like William-- and more importantly--she looked even more like Willow... But why does none of the people who should know, KNOW?"
