This is Keiko/Koneko, who will be one of the main characters in the Rivalry Naruto fic I am preparing-- she focuses on Puppetry techniques but in a far different way then you may be familure with with Kankaro, so it'll be unique. She was originally made for a Naruto RPG I participated in and which also was where I created the other character, then named Rayne. I plan to adapt some other characters from that RPG to try to use them, mainly Rayne's team, although I remember a little about Koneko/Keiko's team that I might try to adapt one of the two characters from it...
I did entered this under collage because if you look at it-- it really is a collage of about 5 different Naruto characters. Kankaro obviouslly provides the puppet wrap-- I believe it has Ino's legs and Tenten's body/head-- then I think Sakura was included for the hair...

I love adapting other characters of other fictions into the Narutoverse. It's easy. Often American characters, I have loads of fund Japanizing their name or at least wierding it out enough that it passes through an English audience.
Of course, despite being based on someone else, they eventually take a life of their own.
What I love about the power system in Naruto is that it is so unlimiting. You could concievably bullshit any power. I've adapted Jedi, Black Mage, Green Lantern, Quick Silver and all such into the Narutoverse as Naruto characters like some pseudocrossover.
